What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We work together to create an action plan. This could be fixing the UI/UX, updating help documentation, or adjusting the backend logic. We often find a solution that same day or week to fix the issue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We also monitor the metrics to make sure our fixes worked. Sandsiv+ makes it easy to see how feedback affects key metrics like conversion rates, revenue, and NPS over time.

What differentiates sandsiv+ from other similar products?
The semantic analyzer processor is very specific in the multi-language processing. It picks up subtle technical lingo and snarkiness that other platforms lack. This granular categorization enables us to automatically send complex technical tickets to engineering pods, a huge victory in support infrastructure across the globe.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Custom sentiment dictionaries make sure that specialized industry vocabulary will never be wrongly assigned the neutral label by the machine learning model.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There was a drastic reduction in the number of software bugs detected by customer feedback and resolved. Using automated tagging, the dev team can have a live stream of arising problems before they cause outages. This online solution enhanced the reliability of our systems and increased Slack alert noise. The deep dive of analytics enabled us to prioritize technical debt in real terms that would be reflected in levels of frustration of the actual users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The UI is also cumbersome and non-intuitive to beginner users and poses a concern to project managers who would like to be able to take a quick look. It is an analytical tool created by professionals. The cost of setup is expensive, and the payoffs in reduced manual control are the worthwhile investment in deep data mining.
