We love that we can use it to keep information organized and accessible to our direct team and our partners.

The ability to track and analyze data and trends has been hugely helpful!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because there are so many ways to implement salesforce, some of the tools don't make sense for our organization and add some unnecessary steps to our process.
