What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

Salesforce provides many features like dashboard, reports and it's lightning experience makes it unique from other similar products. We also able to make custom UI in salesforce as we want according to the requirement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of salesforce is its customizable features like aura componets and lightning components by which we can make user interface face of our need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no dislike about Salesforce, for me it is the most usable platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this product for your business management needs, and we can make use of it in many things like lead generation, business management, etc.

Customization is a big factor. It can be used as per business requirements. Its available as a service product.

Customization is needed per new businesses. Need more templates for deployment.

It is easier to learn and use. good for industries looking for a solution available as a service and gives usage flexibility.
