What do you dislike most about this product?

The customization without proper guidance can be a huge downfall. Once it’s over customized there’s not much we can do when integrating new third party app layers

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hire a consultant to help you onboard and have strict data governance standards when implementing and for ongoing structure and maintenance
