This lets marketers create finely tuned, data-driven campaigns and exposures — all within a connected, customer-centric view.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface isn’t always intuitive, with different modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.) feeling fragmented.
