What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?

Only feature differentiate pardot is strong integration with salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product is very stable I don't see any bug in day to day features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Features of pardot looks very dated and UI is very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can't recommend pardot to other is it lakes any feature of modern tool specially limited reporting.

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?

Pardot is a good marketing automation and lead management tool but the features are very basic. It has a lot of scope of improvement as compared to Marketo and Hubspot

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The breadth of features that the tool provides is really good. And it’s SFDC integration makes the lead management very easy and convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most of the features are basic and can be improvised. HTML creation like landing page, Forms and emails are very difficult and needs to be hard coded

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For lead management it is a great tool with SFDC integration and basic marketing automation. Not as advanced as Marketo and Hubspot.

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?

Pardot works best for lead management & long-time nurture in our organization where sales cycles are long & undefined. With an easy set-up and user-friendly interface, Pardot is anytime preferred over the rest others. It has streamlined our email marketing process allowing us to communicate with customers at scale, in a highly personalized manner. Pardot gives us the ability to track website visitor interactions using cookies and streamline lead nurturing through highly personalized email campaigns to increase conversions. It is one of the best marketing automation tool that makes getting leads a lot easier and keeps customers coming back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pardot Salesforce has simplified our entire process of marketing at HL Agro. Customer mapping & analytics are in-depth that helps us to garner meaningful inferences on the choice & interests of the customer. Great integration with SFDC is the best part of using Salesforce Pardot. It simplifies our lead generation process and helps create internal/operational efficiencies across the organization. With a single campaign at Pardot, we are able to set up workflows and use it multiple times for generating different leads. Also, the tracking system is superb in assessing the customers journey from visits to individual pages to conversions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One weakness is the new email builder sitting fully inside Salesforce. As a proud Pardot admin, I feel some loss of control since a lot of setups have to be configured in Salesforce including needing to create a new folder structure. I also dislike that we have to use the new Salesforce CMS to use the new email builder. For now, we will continue to use the class Pardot emails. Pricing is yet another downside of the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are happy with something a bit better than a regular email marketing tool, this might be for you. If you are serious about marketing automation, be careful. Advance features will probably have to be handle by Salesforce itself.
