What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?

I was a fresher when I joined Adfactors PR firm, the first product I was encountered was with Marketing cloud of Salesforce. At first I was very nervous but Salesforce easy learning curve had me home. It’s fantastic tool for lead management and scoring grade. The tracking engagement is very comprehensive when comes to quality of data

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How it boost sales and Marketing collaboration further by improving quality of leads and amazing reporting and analytical side view

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve can be challenging if you are not consistent. And it has higher cost from what I have heard from management

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal for any B2B organisations, and company just had to prepare for sufficient budgets and resources

Salesforce is not much different from any other products like hubspot,zohocrm,and many more CRM. but its data and reporting capabilities is very unique which will be largely appreciated by enterprise customers

it doesnt have email sequencing feauture and need to update it a lot

Saleforce had probably the best built in scheduler for lead contacting and reminders for follow ups

The lead reminder feature and the ranking of leads

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost. You pay for what you get. Offers way more than our built in crm in our erp.
