What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?

It has a very neat UI. What I love about the tool is that it integrates with a lot of other products and makes data flow very simple. Even when we purchase other tools, we look for a salesforce integration mandatorily. It is surely a one-stop shop for all our customer and account information in my company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like that we can have customizable tabs and fields according to our organization. For example, our sales team uses it normally to track new opportunities, their revenue, details of the sale, etc. For my team (customer success), we can track onboarding, csats, even trigger automated emails to clients. It's a multi-purpose magic!

What do you dislike most about this product?

With a lot of customisation, can come trouble too. Their low-code tools or sections have some limitations (UI based), eg: fonts, some places drop down can't be added, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Take a thorough demo. 2. Make sure you have your use-cases ready (majority at least) 3. push in some sample data to see how it works.

What differentiates Salesforce Lightning Flow from other similar products?

It is easy to organise and follow up your pipeline as a Salesperson. Also you can create many rapports with different values. The data is transparent and open to everybody in the organisation that use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can add new accounts, contacts and follow up sales steps with filling notes for each accounts. That helps me a lot to not lost while doing different tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes filtering some rapports can be quiet annoying and not giving an accurate result that you are looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very multifunctional CRM and can be very useful to have especially for sales teams.
