What differentiates Salesforce Industries from other similar products?
Salesforce Vlocity is now known as Salesforce Industries. It offers the industry specific solutions and tailored solutions for industries like telecommunication, media, healthcare, insurance and utilities which many CRMs don't provide
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the prebuilt processes and data models specific to communication industry. With inbuilt setup it is easy to implement and start using the system without extensive customizations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The challange we have faced is the complexity of the system. Even with more features the learning curve is steep and need to invest in the training to use it effectively
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have team with Salesforce experience then it will be easy to implement the Vlocity otherwise you will need to plan the training and practice time
