Built into Salesforce: Agentforce works directly inside your existing CRM data and processes, so it can take actions (update records, create cases, trigger flows) without custom integrations. Security and governance: Because it runs within the Salesforce platform, it inherits enterprise-grade security, access controls, and compliance standards. The main difference is native integration + action capability + governance, not just conversational AI
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that it doesn’t just chat — it actually gets work done. Instead of only answering questions, it can trigger actions like updating records, creating tasks, or running processes inside your CRM. That combination of AI as well as automation in the same system means users don’t have to switch tools or copy information around, which saves time and reduces mistakes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited flexibility outside Salesforce: It shines inside the ecosystem, but extending it beyond requires extra integration work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start small, focus on data quality, design clear instructions, and treat Agentforce as an evolving system rather than a plug-and-play solution. The best results come when it’s combined with existing Salesforce automation and continuously improved over time.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce from other similar products?
Salesforce to me was the perfect intro to using a CRM in the work place. Coming right or college, it was easier and more user friendly than any other platform I had used in the past!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definitely just how easy it is to upload leads and organize them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since I don’t have to do much of the back end work I personally have no complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Talk to those who currently use it you make sure you absolutely need what it offers.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce from other similar products?
Deep integration with Salesforce CRM is the biggest differentiator. Agentforce works well when data is already in Salesforce, but outside ecosystem integration feels limited sometimes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tight integration with existing Salesforce workflows and security model is very useful. It fits well for teams already using Salesforce heavily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing feels expensive and implementation can become complex. Some agent features require lot of configuration and are not very intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Evaluate total cost and dependency on Salesforce platform before selecting. Product works best if your org is already mature Salesforce user.
