What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Incidentally, I have used salesforce even in my previous company and have had great success both as an SDR and Account Executive. I think Salesforce ability to store and manage data seamlessly makes it a clear winner in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact that Salesforce is highly customisable and can be built to the needs of the organisation. I have used salesforce at two different companies while it is built on the same foundation, it works and functions differently. I also love its search ability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not a fan of the UX so much, I definitely think it can get better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your business involves large volumes of customers, this is the best investment you will be making - it is a bang for the buck :)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What's really cool about Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is that businesses can shape it to fit how they work without needing tech experts. It's like a customizable tool that grows with your company, whether you're just starting or already big. And it's not just a standalone thing – it easily connects with other apps, making sales and connecting with customers smoother. It's like having a personalized assistant for your business!

What do you dislike most about this product?

So some people say Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise can be a bit expensive, especially for small businesses. If you're not super techy, it might take a bit to figure it all out – not the easiest thing to use. And, here and there, users have mentioned the system acting up, slowing down or taking breaks unexpectedly. So, while it has its good points, these things could be a hassle for some folks but I on the development side does not dislike anything about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're thinking about Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise, first, figure out exactly what your business needs and if the cost fits your budget. Be ready for a learning curve, and consider if the features align with your long-term goals. It's a powerful tool, but making sure it's the right match for your business is key.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers us a comprehensive platform that includes product data, marketing analytics, customer data, billing data, sales activity, and deal channels. This allows us to make the connections between all the pieces we need to create a complete picture of the performance of our employees, the performance of our services and also how our customers choose to interact with us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can segment customers, customize outreach, centralize and organize lead capture and tracking, and forecast sales trends. Additionally, the system helps us develop and improve outreach initiatives for potential clients, which increases conversion rates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesforce can be somewhat pricey, particularly for startups or companies with tight budgets. Expenses for customization, extra features, and licensing can mount up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For almost every industry and business model, Sales Cloud provides an almost comprehensive solution to manage every aspect of an organization's need to track and generate leads, sales, contacts, and interactions. All things considered, Sales Cloud has not only made our sales procedures simpler, but it has also made a significant growth contribution to our business.
