Out Of box feature, and many unique features like lead & case management.

Everything is good in this, Even we get good customer support from salesforce whenever we get stuck they are available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to setup Easy to get trained through trailhead modules and you are ready to go. Any new things comes they provides trailhead module to learn for the same so that if needed we can use them in work. Out of The Box setup for configuring the business requirement. And many more we can do using Apex, LWC, flow, etc

I do not like the loading time for the profile details sometimes it takes too long.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend them to use this only via Salesforce training videos.
