What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

I have been using Salesforce from different organizations that I have been with and now with the current and what made it different is that it allows companies to design their Salesforce based on their business industry, work flow and processes. Also, since it's cloud based, which most of the applications are, this apps makes integration implementation easier and helps minimizing of the need of exporting and transferring data which we normally do from other applications if we are to prepare for sales analytics and review.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What really standout for me is its robust capabilities of being integrated to different system tools and applications we are using along with the function that Salesforce provides. This allows the team to access history and account activities without having the need to swicth between applications or if we need to open a different application we can open it from Salesforce directly. Also, when it comes with it's quoting capabilities and sending forms, our company didn't encounter any delays when we decide to change from Pactsafe to Docusign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While customization is a strength, it can also be a weakness. Though for me its user friendly but if poorly planned or excessive customization, this can lead to a cluttered and confusing interface which I have encountered from the previous organizations I've been with which also uses the same platform. For a new user who will be introduced first time, it may require more time for training to familiarization of the system before he or she can fully utilize the full potential of the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Considering the product, they should at least have enough training. Enough resources like training materials and video tutorial should be readily available. Then the ROI evaluation and if the organization would require a very robust application like Salesforce, they should also consider areas of what kind of applications they will be needing to integrate to this system. Lastly, I gues what I am trying to say is it will always depends on every business processes and business work flow, the size of the company and how the system will be very beneficial in every aspect applicable.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It is solving contact/lead data management and reporting and opportunity setting. I am able to organize data via provided resources like the ability to create campaigns, create contacts/leads, create reports to filter data. It allows my team and I to be more efficient in overall data processing and management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am able to export contacts from zoominfo, I also can create campaigns and add these contacts to those campaigns. I can create opportunities as well. I can run reports on lead and contact data and use these reports to access or organize contact data. In addition I have option to disqualify contacts no longer needed to keep the database clean.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a lot. Only improvement is making all fields on created reports editable

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need reliable data management to make your business efficient then salesforce sales cloud provides all the resources you need
