What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
You can really mold it to fit your organization’s processes, which is a big deal in the biotech industry where every sales cycle can be unique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In the past, I used to manually track leads and follow up, but now, setting up automated triggers based on lead behavior feels like I've got a virtual assistant. It’s like the tool just knows when to nudge a prospect or send that perfectly timed follow-up email without me lifting a finger.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lead tracking feature could be a bit more intuitive. I’ve found myself clicking through multiple screens to get a simple update on lead status, which feels like unnecessary friction when you’re in the flow of managing campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once you’re sure it’s a fit, take full advantage of its automation features. Honestly, the more you automate, the more you’ll unlock its real potential.
