Most CRMs give you a pre-set structure, but Salesforce lets you mold it to your processes, no matter how niche or complex. It feels less like software and more like a toolkit for building your perfect sales system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I set up an automated follow-up for leads marked as "hot" that triggers a series of personalized emails and task reminders—practically working magic for our sales team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Building custom dashboards can feel like solving a puzzle when all you want is a quick insight. I’ve spent hours trying to make data look the way I need it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team is ready to commit to deep customization. Then, bring in a Salesforce admin or consultant—someone who can set it up properly, because trying to DIY this beast will leave you frustrated

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
It is essential software not only for Sales Teams, who can have all information from the Customers and many Automation tools in place but Salesforce Sales Cloud could be fine-tuned for other teams inside a company. Different consoles and views could be created for Finance, HR, IT, Chief Officers, Managers, and Support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very organized platform that makes it easy to see what projects are being completed and prioritize things that need immediate action.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customizable product that can be adapted to fit every business' requirements, though it does take some time to get setup and running.
