The support community is top notch and provides a ton of help and feedback when you need a problem solved or are looking for feedback on the best way to accomplish a task.

Salesforce is awesome in automating the contract lifecycle. It's not just about storing contracts - it actively tracks milestones and renewal dates

The initial user onboarding can be complex. This complexity caught up with us during a time-sensitive lead follow-up where some team members struggled to swiftly locate and update critical lead information
