Salesforce is the #1 CRM for a reason: the platform adds value. No other CRM integrates with more applications than Salesforce. The AI features are also the best I've seen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When implemented to support business processes, Salesforce really drives a healthy pipeline.

Integration with other systems will likely require specialist help.

Incredible at Maintaining sales funnel. Easy to use and also keeps sales team posted with follow ups. As leader it eases me with creating report. Easy to use platform makes sales force different from other crm.

Keeps Funnels up to date is one of the best aspect of sales force. It smoothens the sales process. We can customise as per our requirement

Customer support some times takes a quite a lot time. This should speeden up
