What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

When it comes to Salesforce Sales Cloud, the standout feature has to be its awesome customization capabilities. It allows us to mold it into exactly what we need. Like creating custom objects and fields makes it feel like the CRM is growing with our business

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The real gem in Salesforce Sales Cloud, in my opinion, is the AI-driven analytics. Einstein Analytics provides insights that feel like having a personal data scientist on hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the basics are intuitive, diving into the full potential of salesforce might require some dedicated training. It's not a flaw per se, but for teams looking for an out-of-the-box solution without much customization, this might feel like overkill

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Speaking from an experienced user’s point of view, first, get it if it’s a fit for your organization. The flexibility and power are undeniable!
