What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It is a very customizable CRM and I feel it has an almost unlimited development environment. Its customization capabilities are in my opinion far greater than any other CRM I have tried. It has many uses and a wide variety of api tools with which it is compatible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most is their integration to the world of AI, how they have managed to install this intelligence in all their modules to the point of being able to predict the life cycle of their customers is something extremely impressive, I had the opportunity to see a talk about this functionality by internal Salesforce experts and all the advances they are making in this world and that they will gradually integrate their system is something that certainly places them among the top 5 CRM in the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While this CRM boasts impressive features and capabilities, it might be overkill for a small business. Even a medium-sized company might find it challenging to fully leverage its potential. Salesforce has become synonymous with robust CRM solutions, but its scale and cost often make it inaccessible to smaller businesses. HubSpot, another well-known and powerful CRM, shares a similar challenge. Given these limitations, a more tailored solution might be a better fit for smaller organizations."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this CRM offers powerful features, it's important to consider its scalability and cost before making a decision. If your company has ambitious growth plans, it might be a worthwhile investment. However, if you're a smaller business with limited resources, it could be a costly endeavor. Carefully evaluate your needs and budget to determine if this CRM is the right fit for your organization.

What differentiates Salesforce Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

I have not used any other product than Salesforce. Sales Cloud has all the features required to upscale your Sales be it Lead and opportunity management, Account and contact management, Sales forecasting, Powerful automation, Einstein AI,etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Einstein Analytics: Leverage AI-driven analytics for predictive insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it. Its a feature loaded product. Best you can offer to your sales rep.
