What differentiates Sales Cookie from other similar products?
I've experienced a handful of different commission tracking software solutions over the years, and have found them generally complicated and limited. I couldn't be happier with SalesCookie. Once the commission plans were established (and the plans seem only limited by our own imagination) it has been extremely easy to calculate commissions flawlessly. I also like that access can be granted to each member of the sales team for them to review the accounts and commissions for accuracy. Full transparency creates trust and trust is always imporant when it comes to money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and the fact that the software has successfully accomodated every commission tracking and calculation that I have wished to implement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The clawback functionality, at least last I checked, is a bit clunky and confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look no further, the software is brilliant and the team behind the software is great!

I guess the biggest win was how it enforced ICP logic upstream.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked how it handled freight adjacent keywords differently from generic supply chain noise.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well the UK regional nuances like port specific intent could be stronger.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you run outbound for logistics or freight tech, pair this with a strong enrichment partner.
