What differentiates Rydoo Expense from other similar products?
The approval flow is extremely simple and centralised billing is super easy. Rydoo Expense unrivaled selection of trip options and prices allows us to save up to 30% and makes it easier, faster, and less expensive to book business trips while also keeping travelers safe and happy
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The beauty of the platform is that it is extemely easy to use. I can book for myself, but I don't always have to do so. Assistants or office managers can also book for me. My travel data is already saved in the system
What do you dislike most about this product?
While I am able to store all my actual travel data in Rydoo Expense, there isn't any place to store any other essential information because the storage space is not enough

If you are looking for something to manage your travel-related expenses, Rydoo expense is a fantastic solution especially if you are in charge of a big team that travels a lot

Our travel and finance policies keep changing, and Rydoo has the flexibility to enforce new changes in the company's travel and finance policies. Employees are able to submit digital receipts for their expenses through Rydoo. Expense reports are automatically created by the software
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The data from receipts, the status of reimbursement claims, and expense reports are available on Rydoo's centralized dashboard. Real-time updates on the status of reimbursement claim are also available from the same dashboard
What do you dislike most about this product?
Configuring of multiple approvals for employees based on the action being taken must be easy and quick to allow easier customization of multiple levels of approval based on the organizational hierarchy

This is a must-have expense management software for companies of all sizes. Rydoo will transform tedious, manual expense management into a seamless process. It is also a great solution for managing credit card expenses
