What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

The training videos that Rippling has provided have been great for my employees and sub-crews. Rippling has made it easy to send out links and are clean and easy to make sure everyone has completed what needs to be done in order to be compliant in needed areas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Working with my HR department has been great with Rippling. It has been easy to get our tax documents out this year, and Rippling has been great handling our multi state coverage with our taxes this year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't a lot of dislikes, just that every so often a contractor will reach out saying that they did not get an onboarding email. When that happens we have to manually send out a link. Other than that Rippling has proven to be a great partner to handle our HR information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling has provided our firm with wonderful training videos, a support staff that has been here to help my employees figure out payroll and onboarding questions for contractors that are employed by us. It has been a wonderful transition to Rippling!
