It is much more sophisticated, offers more features in one product than several other put together, and is incredibly easy to use for a wide variety of users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of benefit selections and PTO tracking

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of dark mode

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using multiple products for various HR and payroll duties, drop them and switch to Rippling to keep everything together in one product.
