What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling doesn't have a designated customer service. Someone you can talk to. It has made trouleshooting really difficult.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

PTO allocation

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can never get someone on the phone if I have a problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure there is a customer service dept that can answer your calls.
