What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

I feel like Rippling is made by a younger demographic that understands not only having an efficient product, but also an aesthetically pleasing product. Every two weeks, when I get paid, I have an email sent to my inbox with entertaining graphics reviewing what I earned, my hours, etc. The way they lay out their product actually makes me excited about some of the more mundane aspects of a corporate job, like pay, PTO, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Just how much life it brings into various aspects of the job. The design of the product is cohesive, memorable, and aesthetically pleasing. I also appreciate how customizable the tool is. I feel like if a tool is ever not serving me or has no role on my dashboard, it's been fairly easy to make the tool work for what I need it to do.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, I feel like you can be overloaded by all the various products Rippling offers. The dashboard can be aesthetically/visually overwhelming, if you're not careful to customize the dashboard to your needs. Also, sometimes, when I've needed to find forms or tax paperwork, it's been a little difficult to find the right tab for those, since there are so many tab options

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend talking to customer service honestly! I've had to contact them a few times, and they've been proactive, kind, and very knowledgeable. If you're not sold on Rippling yet, you may be when you talk to their team!

Rippling stands out because it combines HR, payroll, and IT in one system. You can manage everything from onboarding to device setup in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The onboarding process is super smooth. New hires can get added to payroll, benefits, and even receive their work laptop, all through Rippling — it’s fast and automated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features can be a bit complex at first, especially for smaller teams. Also, customer support response time could be faster in certain cases.

Rippling is a great choice if you want to manage HR and IT in one place. Just take some time to explore the platform and set it up properly to get the most out of it.

There’s nothing major to dislike, but minor improvements like better customization and deeper reporting would make it even more efficient.
