What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Human resources and benefits administration are handled by Rippling. The interface is straightforward and simple to use. The accompanying mobile app is fantastic. I'm satisfied with Rippling thus far. Rippling is a great tool for managing employee perks and payments. I routinely make use of Rippling's web-based platform and iOS app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have tried a few other HR systems, but Rippling is the best one I've used. All signs point to the user being prioritized during the design process; the interface is both simple and effective. Finding what you need is simple, and routine tasks like checking a pay stub or submitting a vacation request or enrolling in a new health insurance plan are a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
During open enrollment, it could be possible to find plan paperwork in a little more user-friendly format.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Human Resources and Benefits are managed through it. The interface is simple and straightforward. Working with the other industry leaders in HR software, I can say without a doubt that this one is the greatest. Time off requests, navigating menus, and finding information are all simplified. Trust me, it's worth it.
