The differentiates rippling spend from other products are the Connected HR workflow. Which card limits approval chains, the spending policies that automatically update when the employees role changes. And the integration of Application Provisions

My Favorite part of this product is the efficiency and the Notable capabilities of Rippling Spend from an architectural standpoint. Would recommend this to all who are looking to something like this in their place of business

The thing(s) I dislike about rippling spend, is the forces platform lock in and pricing structure

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The recommendations I would give would be to base decisions on the existing software ecosystem and the size of your employees

It's very easy to use and have many features which is great like Leave management, payroll management, attendance management

The dashboard of this portal is great which have a unique look with all useful options just a click away

Nothing as of now but it can be improved by using more AI integration into their portal

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?

So rippling isn't just a transaction monitoring solution, it's everything in one, It has your Payroll, your SSOs, your team management, you get an entire picture of who the user is, what the regular expense is like what an outlier may be, as opposed to other solutions, this ones a real game changer especially when it comes to flagging anomalies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I mean there's an approve to paid structure that just works, no contemplating if somethings going to get through, do I need to get through some red tape? Just fill in the requirements and wait for the reimbursement to just show up :) doesn't get better IMO.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app needs work and a lot of it, that's the one thing i'll constantly mention because it's where I find friction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is something you must absolutely try to understand just how beneficial it is, you won't be able to gauge the benefits until you give it a proper trial run for a while, it's just the best way to automatically structure reimbursements and everything else that comes along with it.
