What differentiates Replicon Time and Attendance Product Suite from other similar products?

It's how we keep track of time spent on projects that potentially result in an invoice for the client. If this data could automatically update our books, we could avoid duplicating efforts by eliminating the need to manually generate time and materials bills.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We needed a new timekeeping system and decided to hunt for one that could be adapted to the specific requirements of each of the organizations we work with, hence the search for an online, flexible solution. It's user-friendly and their support team has been helpful when questions have arisen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can only see time and expense information on a weekly basis when you receive a report. Adding new people to active projects is also challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Replicon is also used to keep tabs on both billable and non-billable costs. It would be ideal if this information could also move smoothly into our accounting software, where it could then be used to create the vendor payable.
