What differentiates Redmine from other similar products?

I found the setting up of hierarchical structures of features to be very simple. I was easily able to setup reports and understand the full real estate of tasks vs features. Creating releases and ensuring we were associating the correct redmines

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The creation of products and managing teams is really simple. Having the audit of a task easily available was invaluable when dealing with business owners. Bulk update of tasks was amazing!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up reports was always as intuitive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Redmine can be used in IT as well as many other project / co-ordination industries. This product is versatile and malleable to your specific needs. I enjoyed that I was able to tweak it to my liking without impacting other projects in the system
