My favorite aspect of Redmine is its flexibility and customization — you can tailor workflows, fields, and permissions to fit any team or project type without needing paid add-ons.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface feels outdated and not very user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I had recommend Redmine for teams that need a customizable, open-source tool and have the technical skills to manage setup and maintenance.

What differentiates Redmine from other similar products?

Where most tools tend to overcomplicate things when handling multiple projects, Redmine just makes it feel like a natural extension of your workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve been able to tailor Redmine to fit our exact project tracking needs without getting bogged down by proprietary limitations

What do you dislike most about this product?

The plugin ecosystem, while powerful, can sometimes feel like a double-edged sword. Some plugins lack proper documentation or don’t play well with each other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For other tech-oriented teams, don’t hesitate to dive deep into customization. For less tech-savvy groups, I’d say Redmine’s power lies in its flexibility, but if you’re not ready to code or tinker, you might find it overwhelming.
