Rapid7 Managed Detection and Response came with unparalleled support staff. We can't say enough good things about our vendor support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Getting weekly reports with quantifiable risk scores allows us to focus our efforts in a planned and common sense approach, as opposed to the old method of wading through a dark rom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I would list as a dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with your vendor.....see what other items they offer so that you could potentially bundle many packages together. This is the route we went, and I believe it allows for us to get the best support.
