Not sure about other products that offer the same service but MDR depends a lot on your in-house products and how you create the alerts.

Resolution of issues and threat research that I don't need to do.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs more native integration.

Make sure to follow the company manual and activate all off the box alerts to have an idea of how those alerts integrate with your environment.
