What differentiates Rapid7 Incident Command from other similar products?

The difference is that every day rapid7 adapts to new technologies, to automation that facilitates greater interability in relation to others, as well as gives us a greater vision of what is required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the automation of the processes that makes it easier to visualize the data and the process of sending alerts adapts to new technologies and the needs required by the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the dashboard that comes by default but we can customize something that could also be adapted to the tastes of the users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good option, the support from the supplier company is excellent and once we adapt to the product everything will be very easy

Rapid7 combines a traditional SIEM with XDR endpoint and network detection response

XDR agents can see through all the endpoint processes and AD information

Our level 2 support needs to train more

Study Regex expression as the SIEM part requires it
