What differentiates Ramp Expense Management from other similar products?

The ease of use of the Ramp software is better than anyone else out there that I have tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use and submit and categorize expenses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The visibility in my rewards. I signed up for an intro offer but there is nowhere on the app to see it. Also just seeing the rewards and how they are accumulating isn't clear.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest they sign up. I would say it is way easier to use than competitor products. I would say to be aware that the rewards offers aren't clear.

What differentiates Ramp Expense Management from other similar products?

The product works the vendors accepted. I really haven't ran into many issues with this credit card. I know some people on my team ran into some issues with Hertz Rent-a-Car but aside from that I've never seen any major issues

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing my spend.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I like the product it works.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’ve noticed a few struggles with the AI and auto-predict features in the app. It seems like there are still some things that need to be worked out. I’m a bit of a unique user because I regularly switch between an Android phone and an iPhone. From my experience, the app performs much better and more smoothly on Android than it does on iOS. I know that’s fairly common with many applications, but I wanted to pass along the feedback.
