What really sets this product form other AI SDR and conversational sales platform is that it feels less like a chatbot or simple lead qualification tool and more like a proactive sales teammate. And one more thing that stands out is its multi-modal approach. Most competing products ficus primarily on text based interactions, while this product supports text, voice and even video conversations with prospects and this creates a more natural and engaging experience for visitors and allows businesses to interact with potential customers in the formal that works best for them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about this product is that it feels like it was designed to solve an actual sales workflow problem rather than just showcase AI capabilities. And one more thing I appreciate is the platform's ability to leverage existing customer and CRM data to make conversations more personalized. Lastly, this product isn't just automating conversations for the sake of automation; it is designed to help teams engage buyers faster and more consistently while freeing up human representatives to focus on higer-value opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I had to point out one limitation of this product, it would be it's data and process behind it. If CRM records are outdated, lead routing rules are inconsistent, or sales workflows are not well as expected. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Qualified, you can interact with clients in real time on your website and it is a very customized solution. The platform's adaptability is what I adore the most. It truly is all there, including retargeting, composing unique messages, adding new data-capturing areas, and customization choices. This website solution is truly account-based.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though Qualified is a strong tool, there are still certain areas that may be improved, like how simple it is to locate a specific visitor inside the platform (requiring more clicks than necessary) and how much juggling is required to sync with Salesforce and Marketo when using a meeting booker following a form submission.

Comprehensive. Intuitive. Proactive. Customizable. Usable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s the cockpit of the SDR ship. You see intent. You know who to reach out to. Which companies to prioritize. Can act quick to solve customer inquiry. It’s the difference between having a retail associate in your store or having and empty store. It gives you the ability to meet the customer at the door and inquire of their interest and guide appropriately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Engaging with a potential buyer who is not in the potential buyer persona segment and wasting time answering questions not geared toward sales.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to respond to people on your website and have a large team to delegate based on region, this seamlessly and instantaneously facilitates conversation to expedite sales engagement.
