Easy to use, definitely pricey - more feats needed

What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?

Productboard is just a bit easier to use than the competitors, and I think they do a better job in the sales arena. We looked at competitors that had similar projects but their sales department either vastly over-quoted us, or didn't respond.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It fundamentally changed how we talk about priority and have discussions around impact.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't like that there were many sharing features we couldn't do without being on a pro tier at a wildly expensive price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before going all in, get your quote and make sure you understand all the tiers and functionality you are missing.

You can collect feedback from different sources including social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a useful, solid and attractive tool. I like it because I can easily create and share roadmaps as a pdf file, I can collect comments and information from different sources including social networks like Facebook or other sources like CRM or email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't have integrations with several major communication tools like Zendesk, HubSpot CRM, or Help Scout.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Productboard can be difficult to use at first, but in the end it becomes extremely easy to use, it just takes practice. It's completely affordable if you want access to more advanced features like custom tools and JIRA integration.

Roadmap management. Gathering insights Connects insights with product features. Builds easy-to-understand roadmap views. Ranks and sorts features. Feature suggestions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am yet to meet a thing to dislike, so far it has been great using the platform.

I highly recommend Productboard.
