What differentiates Planview ProjectAdvantage from other similar products?

It is unique among other programs in that it can perform a wide variety of functions, it is simple to operate, and it is user-friendly for the final consumer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It may be used for a variety of purposes, it's quite user-friendly, and it has a nice aesthetic. The connectivity with our company's SSO, the slideboards (global overview on projects for management or actions for employee), and the timesheet (ARM) module are the important features for the simplicity of use. The advisors' quick responsiveness during the tool's first setup is another major plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool's administration isn't very user-friendly (I haven't taken the formal admin training yet). To avoid managing multiple document versions, Gsuite (Gdrive) integration must be improved. Integration with Sale Force will also be intriguing (we presently copy/paste). Another issue is that ARM and O2T and card date changes are not immediately synchronized. Finally, the tool seems more "complex" and less readable. What is the difference between the cockpit and report management in ARM... planning and capacity planning are closed but not that closed... it's hard for me to get a solid understanding of the tool's capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it's a terrific program because it delivers excellent results in terms of project management, it has all the information and tools that you'll require, and it may directly represent whatever it is that you have in mind. For these reasons, I recommend it.

KeyedIn is distinct from other programs because it offers both the best possible system and the most possible value for the money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Before committing, we were able to give the service a try. Offers a Centralized Location for All of Our Projects and Related Paperwork - Without KeyedIn's assistance, an administrator user can make their own changes to the software. For instance, we may set whatever standards we like for our workflow and decide which fields to include in our intake form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The process of creating training materials is/was somewhat overwhelming. Having access to basic Quick Reference Guides for the various user types we had to teach during the installation would have been really helpful. Sending a status update as an attachment is the only option, hence it lacks some flair. It's common for important people to ignore bonds. It would be nice if status reports could be exported straight to the body of an email and made a little more "colourful" to promote reading.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it has satisfied both our requirements and our expectations, I am confident in recommending this program to others. The team offers support that is both comprehensive and ongoing. We have plans that will involve KeyedIn Projects, so the fact that KeyedIn is searching for feedback on how they can enhance the system and is open to receiving it is fantastic for us.
