Project management software with amazing support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the flexible and completeness of the custom fields very much. These fields enable the project manager to own all the info he needs. I additionally get pleasure from the reports. They’re very interactive, and that i will get the data i want very fast, particularly when we use a table with all the content seen on the graph on a similar page. Another specialty is that the risks module, that is “ready to use” but, with some customization, it will be a really powerful tool to manage risks of the projects within Clari zen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’ll be useful if we might hide fields from regular users. Conjointly generally i get Validation Errors of certain kind and unable understand the issue. Maybe it’ll be sensible if it’ straightforward to know with some clarification given. I also don’t like multiple messages as news feeds may be distracting sometimes

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are searching for a tool to manage projects, portfolios with a high level of detail and completeness, I suggest Clari zen. It already comes with tons of options by default, however, some configuration is required to extend the user experience. That being said, I believe it’s vital to own some support when commencing to use it.
