Data coming from integrations doesntt appear isolated it s connected in a flow. Customer health scores dont feel like magic numbers but rather like logical outcomes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Events and timelines reveal patterns resembling system behavior. Updates coming from the backend fit together without conflict.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If every integration isnt mapped properly the picture can appear incomplete.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Planhat resonates with me because it treats customer information like system state.
