What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We send a multitude of emails to promote events, webinars and premium reports, The drag-and-drop email builder in Pinpointe has made creating these mobile-friendly e-blasts easier than ever.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see additional templates added.

What differentiates Pinpointe from other similar products?

Exceptional client service, ease of use, understanding of our desires, and extremely complimentary of our needs. We send e-blasts so frequently that we’d like a service that can attend to any problems or issues that may occur on our end or theirs. All issues we’ve got had been at once resolved without hindering our daily job. The results of e-mail campaigns meet our standards and it’s straightforward to tug the statistics we need to make sure satisfactory results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I came to Pinpointe as a comparatively unsophisticated email marketer. I found a service that was very powerful and intuitive, analytics that created sense, and a very competitive pricing structure. Perhaps the factor I prefer best is the skilled and technical support I receive. Pinpointes workers are responsive, sharp as they come, and extremely thorough. The simplest part concerning Pinpointe is that it allows my company to generate revenue and keep contact info at identical times. Please it’s comprehensive reporting that enables us to form meaningful changes to our campaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We don’t have any quite drawbacks relating to the system, it looks to me that it’s been very complete and each one of the tools is incredibly intuitive, the design system can improve within the future in addition to that of surveys, however by entering more colors, texts or templates to offer something innovative and contemporary designs, however, it doesn’t have an effect on the functionality of the tools at all are facultative ideas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In short, I like to recommend them, we’ve got not had any kind of inconvenience and that we have received an oversized variety of responses from users and also the increase in our traffic from the software system for us the system works very well and achieves nice objectives. I like to recommend it.

The interface of this platform is simple, neat and easy. It is user-friendly platform. It gives users’ the ability to edit their emails anytime. It also gives stock photos to the users’ for their ease.It is quite helpful because of these features that user can perform in no time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform contains a number of email tools and options for the ease of users’. The customer support system of this platform is fast and efficient. It is also quiet flexible and responsive. It responds to the user within 24 hours. It allows users’ to check their emails after sending them. It contains a respective folder for this. It gives users’ reports about their activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not contain a free trial version. This keeps the users’ away from the opportunity to view the functionalities. There should be more templates on this platform. Users’ cannot add templates of their own.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should give a free trial version for the better experience of users’. Users’ should be given option to add their own templates and they should be updated from time to time.
