What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SSO and MFA using phone push notification.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes push notifications get delayed, bug fixes are done bit late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Comparing other IAM tools, it has a legacy of integrating any business unit. just go for it its a fantastic product.

What differentiates Ping Identity Platform from other similar products?

I have used similar products before, that a huge deal of difference. PING ID admin platform is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

PING was easy to implement on our mail in a recent move to 2fa

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using the mobile app i can need to authenticate multiple times for it to work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the product overall, that can help with security concerns regarding 2fa
