Good software, bit laggy.

What differentiates Wild Apricot from other similar products?

The software is a great way for people who need to process dues payments, event registrations and keep up with your clients. It has nearly everything to manage a membership organization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy of use, ability to customize the member database easily, it works well on every device

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a lot of bugs, lags a lot. Bad customer service. Not the best interface. Adding pdfs to the program is difficult most of the time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you know what features you're getting and research the pros and cons before committing.
