What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

There are many things Paylocity offers. I believe we will always find something to enhance your process. It will take a long time to completely utilize the system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer support is my number one favorite. I must say when I contact customer service they always help and never make me feel like I shouldn't have called. Sometimes my answer may simply be we are working on the problem, or we are aware of it. This answer still gives me peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My greatest dislike would be adding a new employee. I would like to have one screen to enter all information and not have to use tabs. It's too easy to miss one important thing that you may not notice right away.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Review your needs and utilize all it has to offer. It will take time, but you have many avenues to enhance your processes.
