What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity includes many features that have great customization and are easy to configure based on individual needs. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate menus to find what you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that it is easy to navigate within the HR and Payroll module to find exactly what you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has been hard to get timely responses from the support team. We have required assistance in getting custom roles defined and the responses to our assistance requests have sometimes taken longer than expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using this software for payroll management of a small team.
