What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paycor's standout feature is its easy-to-use interface. Integration capabilities, especially with HR systems, create a cohesive environment that ensures data consistency and accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Paycor excels in many aspects, I wish for a more customizable reporting feature. Tailoring reports to specific business needs would improve the overall user experience. Additionally, occasional system delays can disrupt workflow, especially during peak hours. Improving system performance and responsiveness would be a significant improvement.
