What differentiates PandaDoc eSignature from other similar products?

Workflow automation is among the strongest side to Pandadoc, in my experience. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pandadoc provides a reliable and effective document audit trail workflow. As a result of this, it is super easy to know when shared contractual documents are opened, just viewed or signed. I can even go a step further to track the behavior of document recipients , including the number of times they viewed documents, specific links on the document that was clicked, and the last time they viewed the document shared with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The template library on Pandadoc is not as as vast as I would like them to be, in terms of the number of usecases they cover. Asides this , I think my experience with Pandadoc has been smooth and effective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pandadoc is effective and simple to use. Thus , I have no qualms recommending Pandadoc to fellow professionals.

What differentiates PandaDoc eSignature from other similar products?

Pandadoc has an intuitive electronic signature collection interface , that allows us collect signatures through forms or by sharing contractual documents with customers.. Its in-built editor makes it convenient for anyone to create contractual documents or Forms using easy to use drag and drop functionalities. Therefore, collecting signatures through Pandadoc requires no technical knowledge. I am of the opinion that anyone who can surf the Internet conveniently can easily create Forms or contractual documents on this platform easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Pandadoc forms. As a company, we have utilized this Pandadoc Form provision to collect electronic signatures directly from customers. Rather than send large contractual documents to our target audience, we simply send them a link to a Pandadoc Form that asks them a few questions, after which they can append their signature to the end of the Form page. The above for me, is the best way to collect signatures electronically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Pandadoc has a mobile application which allows customers sign documents on the go, it doesn't work offline even for simply editing contractual documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The intuitive workflow present on Pandadoc makes it the platform I recommend, as far as electronic signature collection is concerned.

What differentiates PandaDoc eSignature from other similar products?

Pandadoc's workflow automation tool is key to efficient management of my department's entire contractual documents workflow and processes., We use it automate key areas of our customer contract processes such as team collaborations, reminder emails, CRM integrations, contract approval workflow and so on. Courtesy of Panda's workflow automation tool, we save a lot of time daily, which was usually spent on repetitive day to day contract management related tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A large part of contractual documents we share with customers are sensitive. Therefore, it is of great essence that these sensitive documents are secured. Pandadoc does a good job in this regard by helping to keep sensitive documents safe from unauthorized access. New users are able to join the various Panda workspaces by invitation only and we are able to assign specific permissions to users in every workspace, ensuring that only the most trustworthy users or team members can access our most sensitive documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pagebreaks in contracts can be a lot more seamless. Other than this, Personally and professionally, I haven't had any major dislike about my Pandadoc experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, I think that Pandadoc exceeds the realm of an electronic signature software. I see Pandadoc as a productivity tool which has saved critical departments in my company like the sales, marketing and HR department, a lot of valuable work time.
