What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

PandaDoc has given our clients the ability to sign essential papers without leaving their homes. It enables us to swiftly and simply construct contracts and other crucial papers. I like that all of my papers are kept in one place and that all of my contacts are maintained and easily added to new documents at any time. Customers reply quickly since they don't have to rely on printers to get things done and can effortlessly log in across all of their devices, which benefits everyone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Over the last few years, the adoption of PandaDoc has made a significant difference in the business's productivity and success. Despite Covid, the usage of their software has eased routine activities more than before. I prefer templates since we frequently reuse the same pages, so after the original one is made, it makes creating documents in the future fairly straightforward. I like how simple it is to build documents/templates to boost efficiency. The dashboard is a lifesaver since it allows me to easily track where a customer is with a paper and track them down when necessary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some choices that aren't available without upgrading would be fantastic if they were included in the standard packages. The field alignment might appear strange at times, and getting the field precisely where you want it in the page layout can be difficult. The height and length of the fields may also be adjusted, but I'm having trouble getting them all appear the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

PandaDoc will assist your company increase efficiency and boost revenue. Based on our experience, I would suggest this to any firm that deals with consumers directly.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

Obtaining finished and "done" transactions. We can rapidly submit my agreements using PandaDoc, he signs them, and everything is secure. Normally, we would have to send faxes and scans back and forth, but this is much faster. The simplicity of completing and signing paperwork at a low cost. It is quite simple for end users to sign papers. Previous services were more difficult for customers to utilize. We used to send PDF copies of documents to fill out, which were extremely difficult to recover.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works quickly and is simple for me and my clients to utilize when signing paperwork. This saves a significant amount of time and energy. They also listen to user comments and have a strong community of users that recommend modifications. The process for documents is also good. Contact saving makes it very simple to send several papers to the same individuals in the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd still want to see some fundamental features added. Limiting the usage of email forms in particular, as this has a direct impact on our bill. My major issue would be solved if forms could only be used once per email address. I've utilized several integrations that haven't gone as well as I'd like, but I believe this was due to my fault more than PandaDoc. It's ideal for use as a signature tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program was quite beneficial to us, and the connectors made it even better: it works with my CRM, email system, and accounting software. We are now working more efficiently.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

The first issue we addressed was the time it took to complete a draft agreement. We may now need to make a quote or just construct and deliver the real agreement to the client so he can read and understand the terms and conditions. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble later on. I can have clients fill out forms digitally, which saves time and makes things easier for all sides. They like hearing that PandaDoc is a safe encrypted site, particularly when exchanging payment information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how you can specify exactly what information you want the recipient to fill out. It's useful to have alternatives like checkboxes, email, phone, credit card information, dropdowns, and so on, and to be able to tick the needed boxes. The most rewarding aspect of adoption was the effect it had on our bottom line. There is usually an adoption curve, however there was no bell curve in this case. We can now personalize on the fly, and if there is a problem or something that might derail the sale, you can adjust it on the fly without losing momentum or the agreement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly have nothing negative to say about this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation and training are completed in record time! Furthermore, functionality and customization options are plug-and-play and may be changed on the fly. Both the user and the client will find it exceedingly simple to use. It's simple to change the information you wish the recipient to fill out.
