Salesforce Integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Terrible Support. Paid $5000 in PS to make the onboarding seamless and never was fully onboarded reverting back to our old CPQ solution out of frustration. Sales even extended our contract and they continued to displease us during the implementation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product seemed great. The internal communication between Sales, Support and Customer Success was extremely broken.

What differentiates PandaDoc Contracts from other similar products?

PandaDoc offers a free plan for starters. The free plan actually delivers useable functions allowing us to get started and grow slowly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use it solely for obtaining digital signatures on contracts etc. and it is very easy for the signer to use.Nothing to dislike really

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really to dislike. It works, it's easy and pricing etc. is reasonable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Setup the free plan and start using it - extend the use gradually as needs arise.
