The integration into our CRM is perfect for our needs, it was easy to set up and saves a lot of time due to the importing of data.

Time saved from the imported data from our CRM

Random outages can be frustrating but these don't happen often

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check if you can integrate into your CRM, if so look into how much time you could save by automating the data being imported into your documents

Managing workflow

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a signer requires a change, the whole signing process will need to be started afresh. I will prefer for it to allow the change and alert the other signers about the change document

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its awesome, and its is recommended for small business because of the affordability
