What differentiates Outplay from other similar products?
The website tracking feature helps the outgoing SDRs when tracking applies to a website using a shared email link. Reduce the conflict between the marketing and sales team. Captions and templates have made it easy to write personalized emails, especially if you have numerous emails per day. The UI / UX is easy to use and has no clutter.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool has all the basic features of a very easy sequence to take care of and some really cool features that make my life a lot easier. The automation of OOO response emails is very useful as it eliminates a lot of manual work for SDRs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a little tricky to set up sequence triggers. It would be helpful if the "meetings" could not be recorded in person rather than simply extracting data from calendars. The number is sometimes inaccurate and becomes a problem while reporting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a flexible marketing platform - do not hesitate to go to Outplay - a rich product feature for your company. As an agency, we continue to try new products each month and have not yet moved out of Outplay.
